Volando Reposado stirred over ice, infused with a dash of bitters and sugar syrup, and finished off with burnt orange zest aromas makes for the perfect sipping drink. As elegant in taste as it is easy to construct.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Volando Reposado Tequila
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• Large ice cube
• Garnish: orange twist & maraschino cherry

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with Volando Reposado Tequila, agave syrup and bitters.
2. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 15–20 seconds.
3. Strain over a single large ice cube in an old-fashioned glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist and maraschino cherry.
