For refund inquiries, please contact our support team at sales@vistawinespirits.com. If your order has not yet shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees incurred by our marketplace.
If you have already received your order and wish to return it, please reach out to us to discuss your case. Please note that refunds cannot be guaranteed for products that have been consumed or opened. Our team will evaluate your case and provide a resolution within 1-5 days.
