Shipping policy
Australian Orders
We ship Australia wide from our warehouse. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. There are no handling fees or surcharges added afterwards.
Shipping rates
- Orders up to 2kg (a single 750ml bottle, or a 4 pack of Ranch Water): $20
- Orders from 2kg to 8kg (roughly two to four bottles): $35
- Orders over 8kg (a case of Ranch Water, or larger bottle orders): $50
- Merchandise and apparel: $15
If you order merchandise and bottles together, both rates apply, as they are packed and sent separately. Your exact total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and current carrier service levels, with metropolitan addresses generally arriving faster than regional ones. Your tracking link will carry the current estimate.
If your order has not moved for several days, or anything looks wrong, contact us and we will chase it for you.
Age verification on delivery
Volando Tequila is an alcoholic product. Under Australian law we cannot sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age.
- Someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
- Valid photo identification may be requested by the driver.
- Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended, and we cannot authorise safe drop or leave at door instructions.
- If nobody of legal age is available, the carrier will leave a card and the parcel will be held for collection or redelivery.
It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18. Please make sure someone of legal drinking age will be available at the delivery address.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses across Australia. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, because alcohol deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 or over.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it after redelivery attempts, a return and reshipping charge may apply.
Damaged or missing orders
We pack glass carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Please see our refund policy for full details.

US Online Purchases
All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers.
Volando Tequila does not directly sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol through its own merchant facility. Instead, Volando Tequila markets its alcohol on its website and offers customers a checkout "buy button" iframe embedded within the volandoytequila.com website. Customers can purchase the product through a licensed retailer via a connection managed by the Bottle Nexus network, a web application responsible for the transaction and order fulfillment of certain packaged goods through ABC licensed retail partners.
The volandotequila.com website provides information about the brand, its products, and pricing. The offer to purchase the alcohol is ultimately facilitated via the Bottle Nexus network and partnering licensed retailers. If you decide to purchase the alcohol, you make the payment to the retailer, and the retailer fulfils your order, including the delivery of the purchased alcohol.
This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler, or distributor of alcohol to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee.
Please note that this service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
Shipping & Fulfilment
Shipping is carried through UPS to states where permitted. A signature of a person who is 21 years of age and older is required for delivery. We do not sell to anyone who is less than 21 years of age.
You may track your order on UPS.com and the link provided at checkout. If you experience any issues please submit an enquiry via our contact form and a member form the Volando Tequila team will be happy to assist.
Shipping of express orders will abide delivery times set by UPS. Express orders are prioritize by our retailer store but please understand we might be busy to process and ship your orders on the same day we receive your order, so allow up to 3 days for processing and then we will hand it to UPS to handle the rest.
