Volando Tequila Paloma cocktail

Paloma

Sweet, sour, salty and oh so slightly bitter – the perfect Paloma is served icy cold. What's not to like?

Little is known about the origin of the Paloma, the most popular Tequila-based cocktail in Mexico, though it is loosely linked to the legendary Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner and bartender of La Capilla ("The Chapel") in the town of Tequila, Mexico. Don Javier, who is said to have also created the Batanga or Charro Negro, ran his small bar into his nineties.
