Tequila Sunrise — a colourful creation with a colourful history.

Said to have fuelled the most riotous rock and roll tours in history and gracing the lyrics of the Eagles hit single by the same name, the Tequila Sunrise has earned its place behind the bar. While the first Tequila Sunrise was made with crème de cassis, we're fans of the modern iteration of this 'keep the party going till dawn' cocktail.

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz Volando Blanco Tequila
• 1 fl oz lime juice
• 0.5 fl oz grenadine
• Ice
• Orange juice
• Garnish: orange wedge

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour in Volando Blanco and add lime.
3. Top with orange juice.
4. Slowly pour in the grenadine and garnish.
